Marlon Humphrey injury update: Ravens reveal status of star CB
Baltimore Ravens defensive back Marlon Humphrey is out for the remainder of Monday night’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a knee injury, the team revealed.
Humphrey suffered the injury after colliding with a teammate while making an interception late in the first half. It was one of two interceptions he made in the game two go along with a pair of tackles.
It’s a big loss for the Ravens secondary as Humphrey had started all seven games this season at cornerback. He leads the team with four interceptions and eight passes defended on the year.
After falling behind 10-0 at the end of the first quarter, Baltimore has since scored 34 unanswered points to take a commanding lead. It currently holds a 34-10 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.
Humphrey isn’t the only player to leave Monday’s game with injury. Mike Evans (hamstring) and Tykee Smith (concussion) are also both out for the night on the Tampa Bay side.

Mike Evans injury: Bucs WR exits to locker room vs. Ravens
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-2) receiver Mike Evans exited to the locker room after reaggravating his hamstring injury in the second quarter of Monday’s Week 7 home contest against the Baltimore Ravens (4-2).
Evans came into the game questionable with a hamstring injury he sustained in the Week 6 win over the New Orleans Saints (2-5). Tampa Bay removed him from the injury report Saturday, declaring him good to go for Monday Night Football.
The 31-year-old reaggravated his hamstring after dropping a would-be touchdown with 7:31 remaining in the second quarter. Evans immediately grabbed his right hamstring and looked to be in significant pain in the back of the end zone. Evans, who went down the tunnel and into the locker room, has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
