Mel Kiper releases 2-round Mock Draft 4.0, predictions for 64 picks in 2025 NFL Draft

Mel Kiper released his latest two-round Mock Draft 4.0 predictions for the 2025 NFL Draft. The biggest event of the offseason is just two weeks away.
So, Kiper made some changes to some picks and stuck to his guns on others. If he was 100% correct, the actual draft wouldn’t be fun!
But this is a great look at what we could expect at the end of the month. Without further ado, let’s dive into Kiper’s latest predictions.
1. Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB – Miami
The Titans are rolling with Ward, according to Kiper. This might as well be as good as done at this point.
At one point, there were rumblings the Titans could move off this pick. But it seems like Tennessee is set on taking a new franchise quarterback.
2. Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter, WR/CB – Colorado

The Browns could do a lot with this pick: QB, trade, Abdul Carter, but Kiper has them taking Hunter now. It’s hard to picture Hunter dropping past the first four picks.
So at this rate, the Browns can take the two-way Heisman star here and worry about other positions later. It’s just a matter of what Hunter will play primarily: offense or defense?
3. New York Giants: Abdul Carter, OLB – Penn State
The Giants focused on quarterback in free agency with Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston. So, Kiper has them addressing defense here with arguably the best overall player in Carter.
Don’t worry, Kiper has an interesting pick for the Giants later on. But Carter is a game wrecker, like a Micah Parsons type right away.
4. New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT – LSU
The Patriots definitely need a franchise tackle to protect Drake Maye. New England has beefed up in free agency, but they need a long term plan at one of the most important positions.
Kiper isn’t worried about Campbell’s shorter arms compared to other tackles. He’ll be an instant starter in New England.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Mason Graham, DL – Michigan

Kiper hasn’t budged off Graham going to the Jaguars since starting these mock drafts this season. Even the NFL Draft analyst is “out of things to say” about him.
Graham busts up in the interior whether it’s against the run or pass. He can be an instant impact type of player for the Jags next season.
6. Las Vegas Raiders: Ashton Jeanty, RB – Boise State
Jeanty is a premium type of a pick but Kiper loves this fit in Vegas. Basically, the Raiders had a non-existent run game last year so why not take the best running back out of college football and put him on the roster?
Jeanty is very, very fast and his yards before and after contact is a sight to behold on the field. Immediate three-down back in the pros.

7. New York Jets: Armand Membou, OT – Missouri
The Jets need some protection for Justin Fields, so Membou fits the bill, according to Kiper. The Missouri tackle rose up on draft boards following the scouting combine.
Tyler Warren is available here, but Kiper wants New York to beef up the trenches before investing on a premium pick. So, the pick is Membou.
8. Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker, LB – Georgia

Kiper didn’t make any changes to this pick here. Walker is heading to the Carolina Panthers, at least according to this mock draft.
The offense got some more juice in the second half of the season so Carolina has to address defense. Walker can play right in the middle or on the edge. Talk about a future leader of that entire unit.
9. New Orleans Saints: Shedeur Sanders, QB – Colorado
Here’s where Sanders drops in this Kiper mock draft. Others have the QB falling even further but it seems like there’s some smoke to him going to New Orleans.
New head coach Kellen Moore has Derek Carr at the moment, but this could be the guy to build around. Sanders promised to be a program changer wherever he went, so now it’s up to him to prove it in the pros.
10. Chicago Bears: Tyler Warren, TE – Penn State
The Bears could go offensive line here as well, but Kiper’s top two selections are already off the board. So, he gave Caleb Williams quite the weapon!
This would be fun, especially given Warren’s dynamic approach to the position. He can line up anywhere on the field and can even run the football.
