Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons didn’t take kindly to the shirt 49ers tight end George Kittle wore in Sunday night’s game. Kittle was seen donning a shirt underneath his jersey that read “F*** Dallas.”

That only added insult to the injury that was a 42-10 blowout loss for the Cowboys, as Kittle hauled in touchdowns on all three of his catches and finished with 67 yards. Parsons offered his reaction on his podcast, The Edge with Micah Parsons, warning Kittle that Dallas has “got something for that” if the teams meet again.

“George Kittle had three touchdowns on us and he posted this thing to IG,” the linebacker said. “He said, ‘F*** Dallas.’ I just feel like he’s making it way more personal than it had to be. Kittle’s my guy, but I’m gonna say this: Laugh now, cry later.

“We got something for that. Just trust. If we see them again, just trust. We gonna put it just like that. I ain’t gonna put too much on it. If you’re gonna make it personal, we can make it personal. That’s cool.”

If the Cowboys and 49ers were to meet again this season, it would have to be in the playoffs. That has been the case each of the past two years, with the Cowboys losing both times.

For now, Dallas (3-2) will aim to bounce back next week against the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football.

George Kittle opens up about ‘F*** Dallas’ shirt he wore on SNF

On Monday, Kittle joined the Pat McAfee Show to talk about the shirt and how he made the decision to wear it. Admittedly, it wasn’t an original idea, as former San Francisco linebacker Gary Plummer wore a similar shirt in the 1994 NFC Championship Game against the Cowboys.

“That (shirt) was just on my loop, man. I put it on, was just wearing a T-shirt at the game, I don’t know how (f–k Dallas) got on there,” Kittle said jokingly. “I might’ve been mildly inspired by our guy Gary Plummer, who wore that in the ’94 NFC Championship Game versus Dallas.

“There’s some things that need to be worn for the franchise and I think it’s just coincidence it just happened to appear on my chest on ‘Sunday Night Football.’”

The rivalry between San Francisco and Dallas goes back many years, as the teams met in the NFC Championship three straight years from 1992-94. Now, thanks to the past two playoffs and Kittle’s shirt, it’s clear it’s still as strong as ever.
