Michigan defensive lineman Mason Graham declares for 2025 NFL Draft
Michigan Wolverines defensive lineman Mason Graham has declared for 2025 NFL Draft, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Schefter also noted that the soon-to-be-former Michigan star has hired Drew Rosenhaus and Ryan Matha to represent him. There’s high expectations for Graham come April, “We expect Mason to get drafted in the top five picks,” Rosenhaus said, via Schefter.
Graham has been nothing short of dominant during his three seasons in Ann Arbor. All in all, the defensive lineman accumulated 108 total tackles, nine sacks, three passes defensed and one forced fumble throughout his career.
Additionally, Graham played high school football at Servite (CA), where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 298 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
There’s been a lot of love for Graham already, and that’ll only pick up throughout the draft process. Earlier this season, ESPN’s Jordan Reid compared him to Las Vegas Raiders star Christian Wilkins.

“A strong argument could be made that the 6-foot-3, 320-pound Graham is the best defensive prospect in the 2025 class,” Reid wrote. “And similar to Wilkins (Raiders), Graham is an easy-mover with an explosive lower half.
“A strong-handed interior defender, Graham’s ability to mix and match his repertoire of moves helps him deconstruct blocks with ease as a run defender and pass rusher. His ability to win single blocks has helped him to 3.5 sacks on the inside.”
Time will tell how it shakes out for Mason Graham at the next level. One thing is for sure, he possesses immense potential, and it’ll be up to him and the team that drafts him to make good on it.
