Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans is going to have some explaining to do to his quarterback, Tom Brady. Brady threw the 600th touchdown pass of his career today to Evans. With the touchdown pass, he became the first player in NFL history to throw for 600 career touchdown passes.

However, Evans did not get the memo, so after he scored the touchdown, he accidentally gave the ball away to a fan in the stands (whoops).

Check out the exchange below as a member of Bucs personnel’s trying to convince the Bucs fan to give him the ball back.

Tom Brady has broken so many records in his NFL career, you’ve got to wonder at this point if he would even want the ball. Regardless, the NFL will definitely want that ball and if Brady doesn’t want it, it will certainly go in its rightful place in Canton, Ohio in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

More than likely, Brady will have the original, with a replica of the football placed in Canton.

If you want to see the actual 600th career touchdown pass for Brady, you can watch it here below as he hits Evans on a nine-yard touchdown pass late in the first quarter of the Tampa Bay-Chicago Bears game.

The score put the Bucs up 21-0 in the game after the extra point.

Evans has already hauled in two touchdown passes in the first half for Tampa Bay. The Bucs are on cruise control at this point, dominating the Bears 28-3 with less than four minutes to play in the first half.

Tom Brady adds to his endless trophy case

At this point, Brady is going to need to get a whole house just to store all of his trophies, records, balls, jerseys, and memorabilia he’s racked up over the years. He’s widely considered one of the greatest football players ever to play the game. Many people have labeled him the GOAT at his position, the greatest of all time.

Brady has won seven Super Bowls in his highly decorated NFL career thus far, one with the Buccaneers and six with the New England Patriots. Here is a list of just a few of the NFL career records he owns: most career wins, most career touchdown passes, most career passing yards, and best touchdown to interception ratio (28-2).

Brady led the Buccaneers to a Super Bowl win over the Chiefs last season, despite not having nearly the same amount of practice time with his receivers due to Covid-19. It was one of the more impressive accomplishments of his career because he had to adjust in the middle of the season.

It’s just yet another impressive accomplishment for Brady to add to his neverending trophy case. Bucs fans hope he can deliver another Super Bowl ring at the end of the 2021-2022 season.
