Miller Forristall drops photo of Stetson Bennett rocking Alabama gear at Rams facility
Los Angeles Rams tight end Miller Forristall shared a photo of quarterback Stetson Bennett wearing Alabama Crimson Tide gear at the Rams facility. The photo shows Bennett wearing an Alabama hat and polo shirt, which is strange to see since he played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs. It looks like Forristall (an Alabama alum) and Bennett had a bet on the Alabama vs. Georiga game, and Bennett lost.
On Saturday night, Alabama defeated Georgia 41-34. The Crimson Tide jumped to a 28-0 lead, but the Bulldogs rallied back to lead 34-33 late in the fourth quarter, Alabama took the lead for good when quarterback Jalen Milroe threw a 75-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Ryan Williams with 2:18 left in the game.
The Rams selected Stetson Bennett in the fourth round of last year’s draft. During his time at Georgia, the 26-year-old led the Bulldogs to back-to-back-national championships in 2021 and 2022. Bennett was also an All-SEC Second Team selection in 2022 and a finalist for the Heisman Trophy.
Miller Forristall, 26, joined the Rams last year after spending time with the Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints over the last few years. During his time at Alabama, Forristall helped the Crimson Tide win national championships in 2017 and 2020.

Stetson Bennett talks taking time away from football last year
Bennett is currently the Rams’ No. 3 QB behind Jimmy Garoppolo and Matthew Stafford. He missed most of the 2023 season after being placed on the reserve/non-football illness list only to return this year to help the Rams in any way he can. In May, Bennett talked about waht the time away from football did for him.
“Love football, excited to come out here every single day,” Bennett said. “You get to see the world for the first time without football, like the first time ever. What that might be like, you just don’t have it. You come out here and you’re hungry every single day. …It was different without it.”
