Mississippi State vs. Texas A&M odds: Early point spread released, How to Watch
Mississippi State and Texas A&M are set to square off in a showdown of former SEC West teams looking to add another win to the books.
The teams have had very different starts to the season, almost an inverse of each other. Texas A&M lost its season opener but has won five straight, while Mississippi State won its season opener but has lost the next five.
According to lines listed by FanDuel, Texas A&M will open as a 15.5-point favorite over Mississippi State. The over/under point total for the contest has been set at 53.5 points.
That sets the expectation for the game: The Aggies are a significant favorite and should be in good shape heading into the showdown in Starkville.

Texas A&M is deep in the backfield, featuring LeVeon Moss (609 yards rushing) and Amari Daniels (245 yards). That gives the Aggies something firm to lean on offensively.
Mississippi State’s problem is that it hasn’t established much. Even the quarterback position has been a bit of a revolving door early in the season.

Mississippi State and Texas A&M will kick off at 4:15 p.m. ET on Saturday with a broadcast on the SEC Network.
