Najee Harris gives hilarious commentary during go-kart race
Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris recently decided to go go-kart racing. During that race, he was recorded giving hilarious commentary throughout.
Luckily, for the fans, the Steelers took the time to post the footage of the race to the team’s Twitter account. So, now everybody is able to get a look into Harris’ thoughts while he drove around the track.
“Check it out, check it out,” Najee Harris said. “All the cameras on me, all the cameras on me.”
“I do this right here. Some people not built for this…buddy…I never stomp on the damn brakes when I do this,” Najee Harris said as he got going. “Head down. Keep moving. Just keep swimming.”
As the race gets going, you can tell just how competitive a person Harris is capable of being. Harris wasn’t interested in letting anyone be in front of him.
“He never played Mario Kart. He never played Mario Kart,” Najee Harris shouted while passing other drivers. “I’m a throw a banana. I’m a throw a banana.”

Of course, Harris took the time to mimic throwing a banana too. After that, he broke into what can only be described as super-villain laughter. Harris only stopped laughing to slow down on a curve.
“They don’t understand. I do go-karting. I paintball and go-kart. That’s two things I do.”
It’s no surprise that Najee Harris appears to have won the race.
Steelers rookie Joey Porter Jr. on compliments from Patrick Peterson
During OTAs, veteran defensive back Patrick Peterson seems to have taken Pittsburgh Steelers’ rookie Joey Porter Jr. under his wing. That’s a relationship that could be incredibly important for Porter, and it’s one that he’s already started to appreciate.
Porter Jr. explained what Peterson has meant to him so far to the media.
“He’s given me tips on how to watch film, how to take care of my body before and after practice. What I’m looking for and what I should look for in my read. Steps with my press coverage, my off coverage. Just little details about the game,” said Joey Porter Jr. “What I see in route recognitions and stuff like that. It’s just really the whole game that he’s really just giving me. It’s a lot but it’s a good problem to have.”
