Christopher Bell 2025 dirt racing schedule revealed after Joe Gibbs Racing changes policy
After Joe Gibbs Racing lifted a team restriction that previously disallowed its drivers to compete in extracurricular racing and other disciplines, Christopher Bell is ready to return to dirt racing.
While the most eyes will always be on his NASCAR Cup Series career, Bell’s love for dirt racing has never wavered. Now, Bell is set to make his first 410 winged sprint car start since June of 2022, according to Kyle McFadden of FloRacing.
Bell will be running with the Kreitz Racing No. 69K team at Feb. 5’s DIRTcar Nationals at Florida’s Volusia Speedway Park with the World of Outlaws, and March 13’s Kubota High Limit Racing season opener at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, McFadden added.
Additionally, Kreitz relayed that “if everything goes OK” with Bell on Feb. 5 at Volusia, “they’ll race Feb. 6 at Volusia as well. They’ll also practice together Feb. 4 at Volusia,” McFadden wrote.
Of course, Bell is elated at the plan coming together: “Watching the 69K run over the years has been super impressive Don and the Kreitz team are top notch and I’m excited to see what it’s like to drive,” the star NASCAR wheelman told FloRacing. “I’ve been out of Sprint Car racing for a while, so I’m looking forward to getting my feet wet and see how comfortable I am in my return.”

Moreover, this will be Bell’s first race in a 410 Sprint Car since June 29, 2022. That’s when he drove in the PA Speedweek event at Port Royal Speedway. It’s easy to see why he’s eager at the chance to jump back behind the wheel of a sprint car.
“It’s amazing. It’s hard to believe that it’s really going to happen,” Kreitz added, regarding Bell racing select events for him, via McFadden. “Naturally he’s one of the top drivers in the world as far as being able to run different stuff and run good in everything. He’s really versatile and seems he was raised right, very polite.”
While FloRacing pointed out that no additional races outside of Volusia and Las Vegas are on Bell’s and Kreitz’s schedules, the door will be open for more of all goes according to plan.
All told, it’ll be awesome to see Christopher Bell back on dirt outside the NASCAR Cup Series in 2025. He’s one of the most talented wheelmen in the world, both inside NASCAR’s traditional disciplines and outside their purview. Fans certainly can’t wait to see that brilliance shine through.
