The odds for the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series title have been updated following the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas over the weekend.

It was William Byron who was able to secure the pole and ride that wave of momentum to his second win of the season. There was no Daytona hangover for Byron, while Christopher Bell is hot on his heels, with a runner-up finish in Austin, although he clashed with Kyle Larson and Kyle Busch in the process.

Ahead of next weekend’s race at Richmond, where NASCAR will take center stage in the evening on Easter, we have a new favorite for the Cup Series title, according to the odds. As the campaign moves forward this weekend, here are the full updated NASCAR Cup Series title odds, courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.

William Byron (+500)

William Byron became the first two-time winner in 2024, following up his Daytona 500 victory with a win at COTA. He’s proving to be one of the more versatile drivers in the field, able to get to Victory Lane at any type of track.

Ahead of this weekend’s race at Richmond, Byron believes it’s an important track to do well on, and one where he should be a threat once again. The freshly minted championship favorite finished P21 at the track last July.

Kyle Larson (+550)

After a couple of weeks as the championship favorite, Kyle Larson was passed by his Hendrick Motorsports teammate. COTA was good to him in many ways, as he won the Xfinity Series race in exciting fashion, but Larson came home P17 on Sunday afternoon.

Richmond wasn’t kind to Larson last season, as he finished in the middle of the pack. He’ll be looking for his second win of the season on Easter, joining Byron as a multiple-race winner in 2024.

Denny Hamlin (+650)

While Hamlin came home P14 at COTA, he had a solid afternoon, capturing a victory in Stage 2. That’ll go a long way towards his playoff dreams, as he looks to accumulate as many points as he can each week.

Richmond has always been kind to the Virginia native. Last July, Hamlin came home with a runner-up finish to Chris Buescher. He’ll be looking to avenge that near-win when the Cup Series returns on Sunday evening.

Christopher Bell (+650)

Christopher Bell had an eventful afternoon at COTA. He ended up with a runner-up finish, but he also had a run-in with both Kyle Busch and Kyle Larson, the former taking it to Bell with a stern talking-to on pit road.

At Richmond in July of 2023, Bell finished P20. However, he’s been more and more solid on short tracks throughout his NASCAR Cup Series career, so he’ll be hoping for a better finish this time around on Easter Sunday.

Ryan Blaney (+1000)

Ryan Blaney quietly had a good afternoon at COTA on Sunday. The driver of the No. 12 Team Penske Ford actually brought his car home ironically in P12, salvaging a good points day at a course that gave many drivers fits.

At Richmond last season, Blaney finished P14 in the July race. He’s still searching for his first win since capturing his first NASCAR Cup Series title in 2023. We’ll see if it comes this weekend for Blaney.

Martin Truex Jr. (+1000)

Martin Truex Jr. has returned to form early in 2024 after a rough ending to his 2023 campaign. That continued in Austin, as Truex Jr. took the No. 19 Toyota to a top-ten finish, just making the cut at P10.

Moreover, Truex Jr. finished P7 at Richmond last July, so there’s plenty of reason to think he’ll be a contender for another win at the track when the green flag waves on Sunday. Time will tell if he’s able to.

Joey Logano (+1100)

In surprising fashion, Joey Logano had one of his best finishes of the season at COTA, falling just short of a top ten in P11. The Team Penske wheelman has dealt with his fair share of hardships and bad luck, but perhaps that’s turning around.

Richmond was kind to him last season, as he finished P4 last July. All you need is one win to get to the playoffs, and that’s what Logano will be looking for over the next couple of weeks, as the campaign moves forward.

Chase Elliott (+1100)

Some believed Chase Elliott would have a shot at ending his winless streak in Austin. In the end, it was a semi-disappointing afternoon for the Hendrick Motorsports star, as he could only muster a P17 finish.

Elliott finished P13 at Richmond last July, so he’s been moderately successful at the track, but he’s going to be shooting for more on Easter, as he looks to get off the rough streak and win a race, along with contending for a championship.
