This week we are not only getting a set of great paint schemes but we have the pink window nets back for the NASCAR Roval. The Round of 12 elimination race is going to bring the drama and a newly reconfigured course could cause chaos.

The NASCAR Roval is a special track. Incorporating parts of the oval and a tricky road course portion through the infield, this race used to be exciting and thrilling. Turn 1 gave drivers fits. However, lately, it has become a bit of a snoozer.

With a few changes, made to make it more difficult for drivers, we might see more wrecks than in recent years. There are many playoff drivers who can’t afford a wreck. But let’s get into how these cars will look on the track.

Ross Chastain No. 1 Busch Light Chevy

This week was light on new paint schemes so I figured we could revisit some great regulars. Ross Chastain is back in the regular Busch Light scheme and it’s damn near perfect.

The bright blue and intense white makes this whole car pop. This is always a fun one to see on the track. 8.5/10.

Brad Keselowski No. 6 Castrol Edge/Travel Centers of America Ford

This week it is a combination look for Brad Keselowski. I like that RFK Racing has its own distinct look and designs.

Castrol and Travel Centers of America come together for a nice looking paint scheme this week. I think it will look even better in person. 8/10.

Chase Briscoe No. 14 Ford Performance Racing School Ford

How can you hate this scheme? The colors are on points, it flows nicely, and it is honestly one of my favorite designs for Chase Briscoe this year.

Briscoe is in a very dire situation. He is more than likely not advancing to the Round of 8, but anything can happen. 8/10.

William Byron No. 24 Valvoline Confetti Chevy

William Byron and Valvoline are back together with a new look for the NASCAR Playoffs at the Roval. Byron has won with Valvoline many times before and is looking for another W with the V on his door.

Realy solid car, the Valvoline designs are always fun from HenrickMotorsports. This is no different. 8.5/10.

Todd Gilliland No. 38 Boozy Jerky! Ford

A fun, newer sponsor for Todd Gilliland. Boozy Jerky joined him for the first time a few weeks ago and now they are going all-out with this bold design.

The bull’s head takes up the entire hood and front grille and then some. Fun, new, and different. I like it. 8.5/10.

Erik Jones No. 43 Family Dollar Toyota

Erik Jones has taken the mantle for the pink window nets since Kurt Busch retired. He had a pink Dollar Tree design last week and now has this Family Dollar look.

I’ve enjoyed seeing the associate sponsors on this car this year. From Coca-Cola to Five Hour Energy, and now Fabuloso – it’s always cool to see what that Jones boy has going on. 8/10.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. No. 47 Harris Teeter/Totino’s Chevy

Image via NASCAR.com

Last year at the NASCAR Roval, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. burnt his pizza rolls. Stenhouse is hoping for a better result this year, but after his win at Talladega, anything else is icing on the cake.

This car always looks fast, but Stenhouse is not the best road course racer. Let’s see if that changes this weekend. 7.5/10.

Ty Gibbs No. 54 Interstate Batteries Toyota

I’m not sure if I’ve featured an Interstate Batteries car yet this year – so here it is. This week, Ty Gibbs is partnering with the iconic brand.

Gibbs is still searching for his first Cup Series win. The Roval wouldn’t be a surprising place for him to do it given his road course talent. 9/10, Interstate is always a great design.
