The New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens have revealed their inactive players for their Monday Night Football showdown. The Saints are entering the matchup with Baltimore missing key offensive players like Jarvis Landry and Mark Ingram, as well as cornerback Marshon Lattimore.

On the Ravens side of the field, Gus Edwards and tight end Mark Andrews will be out for the contest and will be missing depth at linebacker with David Ojabo and Josh Bynes out. The Ravens’ newest star addition, Roquan Smith, will look to make a huge impact in his debut with his new team.

Baltimore defense comes up huge

The Ravens defense ended up being the biggest factor in the game when the scoreboard was final — as Baltimore won 27-13. The Saints managed to score a late touchdown to bring the game closer, but their offense managed just under 150 yards on offense total through 54 minutes of game time.

One of the biggest stars of the night was a defender other than Roquan Smith in his debut, with linebacker Justin Houston setting a team record during a monster performance. Smith became the first Ravens player in team history to record multiple sacks in three-straight games — ending his night with 2.5 sacks and an interception.

Not only did Houston show out on the field, his son was sitting front-row for the game and got to share a special moment with his dad after the interception. The broadcast managed to catch Houston coming up to his son in the stands as he handed the ball to his son while showing off their special handshake.
