New York Mets fan falls out of centerfield stands onto field during Sunday Night Baseball

A strange scene unfolded during a Sunday Night Baseball game between the San Francisco Giants and New York Mets. A fan apparently fell out of the bleachers in the outfield of Citi Field, causing a temporary delay in the contest.
The incident occurred in the bottom of the fifth inning during Sunday’s game. Umpires halted the action when a fan was spotted on the warning track in the outfield. Cameras didn’t capture the individual’s fall and it’s unclear what really happened.
After falling to field level, the fan put his hands up in the air in an effort to show he didn’t purposefully charge the field. Although we’re sure it wasn’t a fun experience for the Mets fan, he didn’t appear to be seriously injured by the accident.
It was just kind of a bizarre scenario in New York on Sunday night. But, thankfully, the fan appeared just fine even after a pretty far tumble.
The Mets pulled out an 8-4 victory on Sunday to take the series against the Giants.

On Friday night, in the top of the ninth inning in a one-run game, the production crew covering the game seemed to forget what it was doing for a brief moment. Because during an attempted bunt, cameras panned to a random fan watching the game.
To be fair, this Mets fan was decked out in a snazzy, blue-and-orange blazer that probably stole the attention of a cameraman. We can understand why it might’ve been a distraction.
Cameras panning to fans throughout the course of a game is pretty common. But the primary job of the cameramen — and producers — is to capture the actual game. Not some guy wearing a random blue-and-orange suit.
