NFL agent Drew Rosenhaus drew both ire and awe after posting a video of him swimming in the ocean with a shark on a fishing trip with Tyreek Hill. The Miami-based sports agent swims up to the shark, which is on a fishing line, and grabs onto its tail.

In the video, voices, presumably from the ship’s crew members, can be heard saying: “Don’t grab him, don’t grab him, Drew, we don’t have good enough insurance for that.”

The crew member then asks Hill whether he wants to jump in with the agent and the shark in the water.

After Rosenhaus posted the video on Twitter, his followers let him hear their thoughts.

One poster wrote: “Damn a shark and a snake in the same video!”

Another was clearly concerned about the shark’s condition: “Nah this ain’t it. There’s a reason why sharks are endangered.”

The fishing trip in South Florida wasn’t without incident, even though nothing befell Rosenhaus while he was in the water. On Tuesday, allegations surfaced that the Dolphins receiver had assaulted one of the workers in the marina.

Hill reportedly got into a disagreement with an employee of a charter company, which allegedly ended with the 29-year-old slapping the man on the back of the head.

Andy Slater of Fox Sports 640 South Florida reports that the incident started when Hill’s crew tried boarding the boat without permission. The crew member does not want to press charges at this time. Police have obtained video which may show the altercation.

Hill, an eight-year veteran of the NFL, is gearing up for his second season with the Dolphins after coming over via trade from the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of the 2022 season.

After recording four 1,000-yard seasons and winning a Super Bowl in Kansas City, Hill set career highs across the board in his first season in Miami. Hill hauled in 119 receptions for 1,710 yards and seven scores.

In response to the allegation against Hill, the Dolphins shared a statement.

“We are aware of the situation and have been in contact with Tyreek, his representatives and the NFL,” the Dolphins said in the statement, via ESPN. “We will reserve further comment at this time.”
