The NFL playoff picture is set with all 14 teams vying for a Super Bowl title this winter. Ready to set your schedule?

Well, so are we. Now that the NFL playoff matchups are official, start planning your parties and making your predictions.

Below are the NFL playoff matchups for the Super Wild Card Weekend in the NFC and AFC.

A lot happened in the final weekend to determine the playoff order and matchups. With the Dallas Cowboys winning, they clinched the NFC East and the No. 2 seed.

The Philadelphia Eagles meanwhile, lost to the New York Giants, their fifth loss in six games and remained at the No. 5 seed.

With those results and the 49ers in as the No. 1 seed, the Lions stood pat at No. 3 and will at least host a playoff game in the first round.

The Bucs got the win over the Carolina Panthers and earned the No. 4 seed, hosting the Eagles next week. Meanwhile, the Rams earned the No. 6 spot and the Packers clinched a spot with a win over the Chicago Bears Sunday.

Over in the AFC, the Ravens raced out to the No. 1 seed while the Chiefs were locked into No. 3 coming into the weekend. The Browns also stood pat at No. 5 and rested starters and will play on the road against the Houston Texans.

As far as these NFL playoff matchups go, the Texans got the AFC South title with a win over the Indianapolis Colts Saturday and the Jacksonville Jaguars losing to the Tennessee Titans Sunday.

The Buffalo Bills ended the night with a win over the Miami Dolphins 21-14 on the road to clinch the AFC East and the No. 2 seed while the Dolphins fell to a Wild Card spot.
