The NFL Players Association (NFLPA) released its team report cards for 2025. This is the third consecutive year the organization has done this, and the goal of the report cards is to “keep players informed” and “drive improvement,” according to NFLPA Chief Strategy Officer JC Tretter.

“Building on the momentum from the first two years, we’re excited to see strong engagement,” Tretter wrote in a letter. “In our first year, we had a 60% league-wide response rate. Each of the last two years, we have seen a 77% response rate across the league. This year, a total of 1,695 players completed the report card survey, reinforcing how important it is to capture the true player experience.”

Here’s a look at the ranking of each NFL team based on the NFLPA report cards.

More on the 2025 NFLPA report card rankings

Having a great report card from the NFLPA doesn’t always mean success on the field. Of the teams ranked in the top 10, five reached the playoffs this past season. For the teams that played in the Super Bowl, the Eagles came in at 22nd, and the Chiefs came in at 26th.

But why did the Dolphins have the best report card for the second straight year? The NFLPA wrote, “Owner Stephen Ross is once again the highest-graded owner, and the team is ranked No. 1 in seven of the 11 evaluated categories. The quality of the facilities is matched by the quality of the people in the building, making for an extremely positive player experience.”

On the flip side, the NFLPA ranked the Cardinals last for one big reason. ” The top concern for many players is the need for an updated, modernized and expanded team facility,” the NFLPA wrote. “Nearly every space within the facility is described as too small, especially the team’s locker room.”
