Tyreek Hill may have played his last game with the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. While speaking to reporters after the Dolphins’ 32-20 loss to the New York Jets, Hill said he’s “out” and “opening the door” for himself.
“This is my first time I haven’t been in the playoffs. For me, like I said, I just gotta do what’s best for me and my family,” Hill said. “If that’s here or wherever the case may be. …I’m opening the door. I’m out bro. It was great playing here, but at the end of the day, I got to do what’s best for my career. I’m too much of a competitor to be just out here.”
In the loss against the Dolphins, Tyreek Hill caught just two passes for 20 yards on three targets.
The 30-year-old finished the 2024 season with 81 receptions for 959 yards and six touchdowns. The yardage total was Hill’s lowest since the 2019 season when he recorded 860 yards in 12 games with the Kansas City Chiefs. The six touchdown catches were tied for the lowest of Hill’s career.
