Odell Beckham Jr. reacts to Giants WR Malik Nabers' NFL primetime debut
Just like the rest of us, Odell Beckham Jr. is watching Thursday Night Football. There is a special connection for the wide receiver, watching his old team, the New York Giants, going up against NFC East rival, the Dallas Cowboys. Through three quarters, one player has stood out to Beckham.
Malik Nabers has shined early in his NFL career and Beckham had to give the rookie his flowers. He took to social media to give a shoutout, saying it’s something most people already know.
While a barf emoji was used by Beckham, it’s in good nature. High praise from a long-time veteran in the game as he watches Nabers go to work against the Cowboys’ defense.
At the time of Beckham’s tweet, Nabers already had seven receptions for 79 yards. While the rookie has yet to find the end zone, there is a chance to get there during the fourth quarter. Maybe even giving the Giants the lead as they look to get a rare win against the Cowboys.

Of course, there is another connection between the two than just playing for the Giants. Beckham and Nabers are both proud former players of the LSU Tigers, balling out during their college days in Baton Rouge.
Malik Nabers leaves game with apparent concussion
Giants star wide receiver Malik Nabers has been impressing early in his rookie season with the franchise. He’s been the dominant player they believed he could be. Unfortunately for New York, he went to the locker room late in the fourth quarter, after he crashed down out of bounds landing on his helmet face first.
Nabers was slow to get up after the play. Spent some time in the medical tent being evaluated by trainers and medical staff, before eventually heading to the locker room. Shortly after, the Amazon Prime broadcast updated his status, with Al Michaels saying Nabers had a concussion.
