Oklahoma vs. Tulane odds: Early point spread released, How to Watch
Brent Venables and the Oklahoma Sooners will have their third consecutive home game to start the 2024 campaign in Week 3, as they welcome the Tulane Green Wave to Norman.
The two programs have faced each other twice in their illustrious histories, with the Sooners winning both clashes. In 2021, Oklahoma narrowly defeated Tulane by a score of 40-35, and in 2017, the Sooners captured victory by a score of 56-14. Both games were played in Norman, so it’s a good baseline, even if so much has changed for each program in that time.
Will Oklahoma make it three straight over Tulane, or will the Green Wave kickoff a new era against the Sooners with a victory? The odds, provided by FanDuel Sportsbook, have the Sooners as the favorite by 17.5 points, with the over/under set at 54.5.
In Week 1, Oklahoma took care of business and then some, as they sent the Temple Owls back to the Philadelphia area with a 51-3 loss. Jackson Arnold showed out with four touchdowns. In Week 2, the Sooners welcomed Houston to town, and narrowly escaped 16-12 thanks to a stand from their defense.

On the other hand, Tulane started their season with a 52-0 win over SE Louisiana. It was your run of the mill blowout, with the game never in doubt for the Green Wave. However, it got more difficult for Tulane in Week 2, as they welcomed Kansas State to town, and suffered a 34-27 loss.
