Patrick Mahomes and wife Brittany reportedly put Missouri home on the market for $3 million
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany have reportedly put their home in Missouri on the market this week, according to Variety‘s Dirt.com. The 4,759 square foot, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is now for sale for $2.9 million.
The house, built in 1953 with roughly $400,000 worth of renovations, sits on 1.4 acres of land. Within the expanse of land, the Mahomes have a pool and a putting green.
Originally purchased for $1,925,000 on Feb. 8, 2019, according to Jackson County documents, the home is one of several properties the Mahomes own.
On top of the roughly $3 million Kansas City property, they also own Dallas-area mansion that he purchased for roughly $3.4 million in 2020. He still owns a two-bedroom Missouri apartment that he purchased as a rookie and failed to sell in 2019.
Mahomes, family move on from $3 million Kansas City home
The Mahomes family expanded this year following the birth of Patrick and Brittany’s first son, joining their two-year-old daughter. As expected the house comes well-equipped for newborns with a fully decorated nursery.
“Right off of Country Club Plaza, this stunning ranch-style home is in the sought-after subdivision of Sunset Hill,” the Realtor.com listing reads. “Sitting on over an acre of land, the property features a putting green, heated pool and hot tub with tons of privacy. Security gate added, as well as an expanded garage that can now fit 5 vehicles.
“Inside the home, you’ll find a completely updated sunroom and revamped primary bathroom and closet on the main level with a security system protecting the home. Downstairs opens up to a finished lower level where you can kick back and relax in the added entertainment space, bar and additional half bath.”
