Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce bully Ravens kicker Justin Tucker during AFC Championship warmups
The hostilities have already begun ahead of Sunday’s AFC Championship Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens, with Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Justin Tucker at the center of it all.
In video posted to X by James Palmer of NFL Network, Tucker appeared to be going through his warmup routine, surrounded by Chiefs players, including Mahomes and Kelce. Mahomes appeared to be bothered by Tucker being in their space, throwing Tucker’s kicking holder to the side multiple times.

That didn’t seem to deter Tucker from getting his warmup in, as the five-time All-Pro continued on. Moments later, Kelce approached Tucker and told him he needed to move to allow Mahomes the proper room to warmup. When Tucker failed to oblige, Kelce nonchalantly walked over to his setup and kicked his footballs away, threw his kicking holder and his helmet as well.
Now, it’s possible this was all in good spirits, as Tucker was sporting a grin throughout most of the interactions. Or perhaps that was a “you just made the biggest mistake of your life and watch me when I nail a 60-yarder later on” grin. Both are entirely possible, but for now, it’s quality pregame drama between three of the biggest stars taking part in the game.
