Philadelphia Eagles fans get married during pregame parking lot tailgate

It’s important for couples to find things they love to do together. There are a lot of things that could be, like going to a football game. For a pair of Philadelphia Eagles fans, that love was so strong that they wanted to tie the knot in the parking lot at Lincoln Financial Field.
Brooke and Rob Rittner were the happy couple to get married during the tailgate before the Eagles took on the Dallas Cowboys. The Philadelphia Eagles themselves posted videos from the wedding on their social media accounts.
You can watch the wedding, here:
Obviously, it wasn’t black-tie attire. In fact, the groom made the major mistake of wearing his white Eagles jersey, instead of a home green one. It appeared to be his best Fletcher Cox jersey. However, the bride didn’t seem to mind and was willing to marry him anyway. She made sure to include the Eagles in her own way into her attire, with a green veil, flowers, and designs on her dress.
Naturally, the two skipped a flower girl and had a “processed meats in packages girl” instead. She walked down the aisle barefoot, throwing Slim Jims on the ground.
After the two tied the knot and kissed, the onlooking crowd serenaded the happy chorus with an “E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles” chant.
The Eagles themselves did what they could to make sure it was a special day for the couple. As well as posting to social media, they created custom tickets for the two with their picture on the ticket where a player or logo would normally go. They were also given custom jerseys with their name and anniversary date on the back of them.
Perhaps by design, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce shares a birthday, November 5th, with the couple’s wedding date. After all, an RV did note that it was his birthday. So, the couple was at least aware that the dates would match.

Philadelphia would go on to win a close game over Dallas. It’s a good thing, too. There are few worse ways to start a marriage than a home loss to the Cowboys. Instead, the Eagles took control of the NFC East with the win.
Micah Parsons doesn’t think NFL should ban Eagles’ ‘Tush Push’
Prior to playing the Eagles in Philadelphia, Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons said that he doesn’t think that the NFL should ban the Tush Push that the Eagles have made popular and dominated opposing defenses with.
“I honestly just think they have the team to do the Tush Push. We stopped [New] England, when they tried to do the same thing to us, it’s all about who you have. The Eagles have the best o-line in the game, so yes it’s a cheat code, they’re unstoppable at it,” Parsons said.
“We just have to deal with it, we have to adjust, we have to prepare to stop it. It’s not up to the league to say, ‘Hey, just because you can’t stop it, we have to take it away.’ No, we have to get better, we have to get stronger up front and we have to stop it.”
