Quinn Ewers stacks more visits with NFL teams as Pro Day looms

Former Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers is in the thick of the 2025 NFL Draft process. He’s in the middle of a handful of visits with different NFL teams.
According to a report from Athlon Sports’ John Hendrix, Ewers is having dinner with the New Orleans Saints tonight. He was also set to meet with the New York Jets, Las Vegas Raiders and Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday.
At least one of those visits was previously reported. On Monday morning, a report emerged that Ewers was set to meet with the Raiders, Dallas Cowboys and Indianapolis Colts.
In addition, Hendrix reported that Ewers will meet with the Miami Dolphins some time following Texas’ Pro Day. A lot of teams lining up.
Many of these visits are visits of convenience; Texas’ Pro Day is slated for Tuesday, so many scouts are already in town. Meeting with Quinn Ewers, therefore, is pretty practical right now.

Still, it’s a sign of increased interest in the talented veteran quarterback. Ewers will be looking to sneak into the early rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft.
The visits will give him a chance to impress. They’ll also give teams a chance to ask whatever questions they’d like.
“Just as newsworthy is what’s happening around Ewers’s pro day,” the NFL Network’s Albert Breer wrote. “The plan is for him to meet with the Jets and Las Vegas Raiders today and have dinner with the New Orleans Saints brass tonight, with all three teams expected to send big crews to Austin. He already has 30 visits set up with the Dallas Cowboys, Indianapolis Colts and Raiders for early April.”
Quinn Ewers was productive in his final season at Texas. He threw for 3,472 yards and a career-best of 31 touchdowns but also struggled as his completion percentage dropped to 65.8%, he threw a career-worst with 12 interceptions, and he dealt with a pair of injuries that affected him for the duration of his junior year.
