Report: Dak Prescott's fiancée has nearly $40K worth of property stolen after Christmas
Sarah Jane Ramos, the fiancée of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, is a victim of theft after thousands of dollars of items were stolen from her vehicle the day after Christmas, according to The Dallas Morning News. The television station WFAA reported “several pieces of property” worth nearly $40,000 were stolen, including wallets, designer handbags, computer software and cash. According to the Dallas Police Department, Ramos “forgot to lock her [vehicle] door.”
This incident comes not too long after Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce were victims of theft as their homes were broken into back in October. The Dallas Morning News also mentioned that the homes of Dallas Mavericks’ Luka Doncic and Dallas Stars’ Tyler Seguin were recently burglarized.
Sarah Jane Ramos and Dak Prescott got engaged in October. The couple share a daughter, Margaret Jane Rose, and they are expecting a second daughter in May.
“It’s really special to be a female in this world in this day and age and to watch your siblings grow up and be empowered, taking notes and using you as an example, but [also] being themselves and growing into what makes them their own person,” Ramos told SI Swimsuit. “It’s so beautiful to watch and I can’t wait to do the same with MJ and watch Dak become a girl dad, part two. He’s perfect. He’s the best girl dad ever.”

More on Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos
After Prescott and Ramos announced their engagement, the star Cowboys quarterback revealed he used a fake golf ball in his marriage proposal. “I’m super excited. I’ve known it for a while. … I got the ring a few months ago. She had no idea. She’s a big golfer, thought we were going golfing,” Prescott told reporters at the time. “I told her that we had a lifetime to golf. … I had the ring in a fake golf ball. I dropped it. She almost hit it. I’m just glad she said yeah. Super, super blessed and happy. Thankful for this family I’ve started.”
Prescott also admitted to being nervous about proposing to Ramos. “Obviously there are a little nerves, especially when you want it to be perfect,” he stated. “The kind of nerves you get when you go into a game. You’re ready, you’re excited about it, but you want everything to go really, really well. For me, I just kept repeating what I was gonna say because I didn’t want to (forget the words). Kept it short and sweet.”
