The Dallas Cowboys are officially out of the playoffs after losing to the San Francisco 49ers at home 23-17 in one of the most bizarre endings to a playoff game. And now that Dallas has been eliminated, their coordinators have begun interviewing for head coaching positions.

One of the hottest names coming up for head coaching availabilities is the Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn. Front offices around the league are smitten with his transformation of the Cowboys’ defense. Under Quinn, the defense, from middle of the pack first forcing turnovers in 2020, to league leaders to end the regular season.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Twitter that Quinn has several interviews scheduled for this week. The list of interviews for head coaching opportunities includes the Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, Miami Dolphins, and Chicago Bears.

With eight different NFL teams currently searching for their next head coaches, there’s a good chance that Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy could be losing both of his coordinators.

According to Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News, Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn and offensive coordinator Kellen Moore are both scheduled to interview for the Denver Broncos’ head coaching position on Tuesday.
