Report: Details emerge on Armand Membou pulling out of Senior Bowl
One of the more highly coveted offensive linemen prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft is former Missouri offensive tackle Armand Membou. The Athletic’s Dane Brugler even tabbed Membou as his ‘highest-graded’ Senior Bowl prospect. Unfortunately, when Membou arrived in Mobile on Sunday for the Senior Bowl and came down with a bad stomach flu. According to Brugler, the illness didn’t get any better the past few days and he has officially pulled out of the Senior Bowl.
The 6-foot-3, 325-pound offensive tackle out of Missouri has climbed up the draft boards after posting a dominant 2024 campaign. According to Pro Football Focus, he allowed zero sacks/hits, while just allowing nine hurries in 827 total snaps. His overall grade is a 90.4, according to PFF. Missouri once again posted an impressive season this year, finishing 10-3 overall, including 5-3 in the SEC.
In 2023, the Tigers finished with an 11-2 overall record, including 6-2 in the SEC. They capped off the season with an impressive 14-3 win over the Ohio State Buckeyes in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic (Arlington, Texas).

In NFL Network’s latest mock draft for 2025, Membou was pegged to be selected 10th overall in the first round, going to the Chicago Bears. In 2023, the Missouri offensive line was named a semifinalist for the Joe Moore Award, honoring them for the most outstanding offensive line in the country. He was part of an offensive unit that rushed for 200 yards five times. Membou helped propel the offense to 500 yards of total offense in three consecutive weeks (Memphis, Vanderbilt, and LSU) and five times total.
In high school, he helped Lee’s Summit North to an 11-2 record and a Missouri Class 6 State Semifinal appearance. It’ll be exciting to track his career and where he ends up in the upcoming draft, as he’s oozing with jaw-dropping potential.
