Report: Fox Sports hires Jameis Winston for coverage of Super Bowl
Jameis Winston will reportedly join the FOX Sports broadcast of Super Bowl LIX as a digital coorespondent, according to Front Office Sports.
The free agent quarterback who spent the 2024 season with the Cleveland Browns will work exclusively with FOX Sports Digital throughout the week leading up to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, where he’ll take the FOX digital audience on “video journeys showcasing his favorite dining and entertainment hot-spots” in the Big Easy, according to FOS.
It’ll be a reunion of sorts for Winston, who spent four seasons with the New Orleans Saints from 2020-23 before signing with the Browns prior to last season.
Winston started seven of 12 games with Cleveland this past season, throwing for 2,121 yards on 61.1-percent passing along with 13 touchdowns to 12 interceptions in place of injured starter Deshawn Watson. Across his 10-year NFL career, Winson has compiled 24,225 passing yards, 1,297 rushing yards and 166 combined touchdowns.
Winston will be joined by other FOX talents, including gambling analyst Chris “The Bear” Fallica and former NFL lineman Geoff Schwartz along with several writers. Former NFL star receiver Keyshawn Johnson will also host his All Facts No Brakes podcast from Bourbon Street.

Andy Reid previews Super Bowl LIX: ‘It’s going to be great for the National Football League’
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is looking forward to his team competing in Super Bowl LIX against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, Feb. 9. While appearing on The Pat McAfee Show, Reid was asked if the Chiefs have an advantage over the Eagles since they have played in five Super Bowls in the last six years.
“It does help. We’re playing another Super Bowl-tested team,” Reid said. “They were there one of the times that we were there. I think in this case maybe it doesn’t really matter. It’s going to be two good teams playing each other. It’s going to be great for the National Football League and most of all for the fans out there.”
The Chiefs and Eagles faced each other in Super Bowl LVII and the Chiefs came away with a 38-35 victory. Kansas City is looking to be the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls. Philadelphia is looking to win its second Super Bowl (and fifth league championship) in franchise history.
