Ronnie Stanley, Baltimore Ravens agree to massive contract extension

The Baltimore Ravens have locked up one of their most gifted offensive linemen for the next few years. The franchise and Ronnie Stanley agreed on a three-year deal worth $60 million, with $44 million guaranteed at signing, according to Dianna Russini. Kim Miale of Roc Nation negotiated the deal. In signing him, Baltimore takes one of the top free agents off the board and keeps one of their most talented players on their roster.
Stanley and Roger Rosengarten will be the two tackles protecting Jackson on both sides. Jordan Schultz noted that Stanley would have had a very strong market in free agency, and that the New England Patriots were very interested. The gifted offensive tackle started all 17 games this year for the Ravens, earning Pro Bowl honors.
His three-year, $60 million deal ranks tied for 11th in the NFL in average annual value among tackles, according to Spotrac. Stanley has enjoyed an excellent career in the National Football League, earning Pro Bowl honors with the Ravens in 2019 and 2024. The former Notre Dame product was also named first team All-Pro in 2019.
With Stanley protecting him, Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson once again had another prolific season, throwing for 4,172 passing yards, 41 touchdowns, while tossing four interceptions. He had a QBR of 77.3 this year, ranking him first in the National Football League in that category. On the ground, Jackson performed brilliantly as he’s done so often throughout his career, rushing for 915 yards and four touchdowns.
