The New York Knicks may be the hottest team in the NBA, but they didn’t make a fan of Ryan Blaney on Tuesday.

The 2023 NASCAR Cup Series champion took in the team’s victory on Tuesday with his good friend and peer Bubba Wallace, but you wouldn’t have known that if you checked the team’s social media. They posted a photo of Wallace at the game, but omitted Blaney from the announcement.

Check out the photo below, as Wallace takes in the atmosphere at Madison Square Garden. Evidently, Blaney was next to him and was cropped out by the Knicks, causing the No. 12 Team Penske wheelman to hilariously respond.

“Getting cropped out is some cold (poop-emoji),” Blaney hilariously posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) after seeing the photo shared by the Knicks.

It certainly is. Even when you win a championship at the highest level of your sport, these things can happen.

Alas, Wallace had some fun with the situation at least. Blaney and Wallace are always good for a nice ribbing of each other as their friendship is strong, and the Knicks provided Wallace with some serious ammunition.

“Even told us to scoot closer to get both of us…still cropped it (skull emoji),” Wallace responded, laughing at the whole situation with his friend.

All in all, a pretty hilarious situation between Bubba Wallace and Ryan Blaney. The latter may have some beef with the Knicks moving forward, but we’re willing to bet Wallace will be back at Madison Square Garden in no time following the shoutout.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson to serve as Daytona 500 Grand Marshal

One of the biggest stars in the whole world will be on hand, joining Ryan Blaney and Bubba Wallace at the 2024 Daytona 500 in a few weeks, as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will be at the track to tell the racers to start their engines as the Grand Marshal for the race.

He joins a long list of celebrities to have given the famous command and had the honor to begin proceedings for one of Nascar’s iconic races. It’s also the second time that Johnson will have the honor for a NASCAR race, having done so in Texas in 2004.

A former football player, WWE star, and now an actor and businessman, he’s also a noted bodybuilder and the sort of larger-than-life figure suited to these moments. He’s also recently been the guest picker on ESPN’s College GameDay.

The 2024 Daytona 500 is slated for Sunday, February 18, at 2:30 p.m., with Johnson kicking off things shortly beforehand.
