Saquon Barkley talks potential Eagles dynasty after Super Bowl win, partnership with Raising Cane's

Saquon Barkley knows that it will take a lot of hard work for the Philadelphia Eagles to win another Super Bowl next season. On3 attended a Raising Cane’s event in the Philadelphia area last week where Barkley was working a “shift.” He was asked if the Eagles can start a dynasty after taking down the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.
“Yeah, I said after the game, why can’t our dynasty start now?” Barkley told On3 and other media members. “Probably had a little bit of champagne and other stuff in my system at the time, but you really can’t focus on that. You just got to enjoy the moment. It’s hard to win one. And you take it in, you enjoy the moment and you start all over.
“…So you take it in, you cherish it, you enjoy it, you appreciate the fans, but the dynasty thing, you can’t really get caught up in that. The way you do that is by putting the work in, and there’s a reason why we won, it’s just not an accident, so we got to try to do it all over again next year.”
The Eagles dominated the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, winning 40-22. It has led to some believing Philadelphia could go on a run since they took down a Chiefs team that won three of the last five Super Bowls. And while the Eagles will have their key players back for the 2025 season (including Barkley), the Chiefs are the early favorites to win next year’s Super Bowl, according to ESPN.

Saquon Barkley reveals how he connected with Raising Cane’s founder
Before Barkley could focus on winning another Super Bowl, he celebrated with fans at Raising Cane’s. The former Penn State star worked a “shift” where he served chicken finger meals to fans, and he also worked the drive-thru. Barkley also shot a few promos with Raising Cane’s founder Todd Graves and got Eagles fans fired up with the E-A-G-L-E-S chant.

Barkley told reporters he connected with Graves at a Formula One event. “I wasn’t a Formula One fan. I’ve never been there. One of my really good friends, he’s a big fan of it. I think it was cool to be there and to see how fast it really is in person, but just to be able to meet Todd and interact with everybody that there was probably the coolest part for me,” Barkley said. “
“That’s the big thing for me. I’m all about relationships and I’m all about aligning myself with great people and Todd’s a great guy. Not just, the event was beautiful but it was just from, you had all these celebrities and even the celebrities and people would bring their friends, their family, and how he interacted with all of us, whether it was myself, whether it was my friends, you can generally see he truly cares about people. So for me, that’s big and that’s important and I’m happy to be here.”
