Seattle Seahawks agree to trade Russell Wilson in blockbuster deal
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Seattle Seahawks will be sending quarterback Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos. One of the blockbuster moves of the NFL offseason thus far, Wilson will be heading into one of the best divisions in football, the AFC West.
Schefter is also reporting that the trade is pending a physical and approval from Wilson.
Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network had details as to what Denver will be sending Seattle’s way. A lot of draft picks will be heading to the Pacific Northwest, with players potentially being involved as well.

“The Seahawks and Broncos have agreed in principle on a trade sending nine-time Pro Bowl QB Russell Wilson to Denver for a massive haul, including multiple first-round draft picks, plus additional picks and players, per sources,” Pelissero said.
Denver quarterback Drew Lock is part of the deal as well according to Pelissero. He will be heading up to Seattle, entering the final season of his rookie contract.
