One of the potential landing spots for Shannon Sharpe could be FanDuel TV. That’s according to a recent report from Front Office Sports.
Sharpe, a former NFL superstar-turned-sports analyst, recently left FS1’s Skip and Shannon: Undisputed. Because of his success on the show, there’s believed to be a number of networks interested.
The Pro Football Hall of Famer worked at FS1 for seven years before the split. But it’s hardly the end of the road in sports media for Sharpe. He posted to Twitter saying there would be some news coming soon, though he didn’t provide any specifics.
Could that next move be FanDuel TV?
According to the report, Sharpe would like to get a deal done with a network by the time the NFL season kicks off.
“Shannon doesn’t want to sit out the football season,” a source told Front Office Sports. “It’s his bread and butter.”
It would make sense for FanDuel TV to attempt to land a big name in sports media like Sharpe. Recently, it lost Pat McAfee and his popular show to ESPN, leaving a gap for FanDuel TV to fill.
Considering his NFL background and lengthy run in sports media, Sharpe’s style and popularity might fit in perfectly.

Stephen A. Smith applauds Shannon Sharpe’s final sendoff
When Sharpe signed off of Undisputed for the final time, he gave major props to Skip Bayless. it was somewhat of a surprise, as many suspected that a rocky relationship between the two led to the split.
“Skip Bayless, you fought for me, bro. I’m here because of you. You allowed me to share the stage with you. You allowed me to share the platform,” Sharpe said. “The opportunity that you gave me to become what I became, I’m forever indebted to you, I’ll never forget what you did for me. You helped me grow, more than you’ll ever know.”
Stephen A. Smith, who was Bayless’ longtime colleague at ESPN, gave Sharpe a major shoutout for how he handled the situation.
“Shocking as it may be to some of you. There’s a whole bunch of brothers and sisters, Black people, that Skip Bayless has helped out and looked out for,” Smith said on his Stephen A. Smith Show. “And I know people try to question his intent, I’m highlighting his results. There are people who have enjoyed a tremendous level of success in this business because Skip Bayless gave them a chance. I will always disagree with him on a case by case basis. We will fight sometimes, but I will never forget what he did for me. And I’m proud of Shannon Sharpe, that he didn’t forget either.”
