Stewart-Haas Racing announces Sunny D as 'primary partner' for Josh Berry in 2024

The good news is finally rolling in for Stewart-Haas Racing. With their rebrand behind them, sponsors for Josh Berry are being announced. Sunny D is coming BACK to the No. 4 team and will sponsor Berry for multiple NASCAR races.
We are going to see the Sunny D No. 4 Mustang Dark Horse at the Busch Light Clash and Daytona 500. This is a great sponsor that is great for NASCAR. And, who doesn’t like Sunny Delight?
While the paint scheme looks familiar to Kevin Harvick’s scheme, it looks really good on this new Mustang. At least, in this rendering it does.
Josh Berry has a solid sponsor here. Hopefully, SHR is able to announce more of these for the rest of their drivers soon.
And, you gotta love the old-school commercial recreation. Josh Berry and his crew guys look like they are ready for TV! Leave that purple stuff alone, folks. Grab Sunny D.
Stewart-Haas Racing has had a quiet offseason. Since the rebrand is in full effect, it seems that they are ready to tell everyone about what they have going on in 2024. More announcements are sure to come.
Josh Berry is one of the most interesting rookies in some time. He’s worked his butt off in Late Models and on dirt tracks. He has cut his teeth in the Xfinity Series, pulling out a number of wins during that time.

Let’s not forget his job as the top replacement driver in NASCAR in 2024. He drove the No. 9 Chevy of Chase Elliott to a P2 finish at Richmond behind Kyle Larson. And he was about the only car that day that had a shot at catching Larson.
Josh Berry – Rookie of the Year?
While it is hard to tell what will happen at SHR this season, it isn’t hard to think that Josh Berry could be the organization’s top driver. Besides Kevin Harvick, none of the Stewart-Haas teams finished better than 22nd in the points.
With Harvick and Aric Almirola gone, the top spot is up for grabs at SHR. A little competition between teammates has never been a bad thing. If Josh Berry is able to compete for the Rookie of the Year award, he should be one of the top drivers at SHR.
Berry is competing against Spire’s Carson Hocevar and Trackhouse/Spire’s Zane Smith for Rookie of the Year. He’s an older racer and has experience over the other two. But they arguably have more talent at an early age.
So, what is going to happen with Josh Berry in 2024? Is he going to rise to the top of SHR and fight hard for the top rookie spot? Is there a scenario we even see him in the NASCAR Playoffs?
