With his left rear tire smoking and going flat, Tanner Gray holds on to beat Connor Zilisch at Kansas Speedway in the ARCA Menards Series. Gray won earlier this season at Charlotte and now he gets it done at Kansas.

Driving today for Joe Gibbs Racing, Tanner Gray was fantastic tonight in Kansas. He led a ton of laps and made up for his loss earlier this season.

Connor Zilisch made a hard charge late but Gray had enough to out last him. It was a talented field of development drivers and the 25-year-old from New Mexico came out on top.

Corey Day had a really strong race today. He was hurt by contact late with Andy Jankowiak during the closing laps. Still, he was able to work out a top-10 finish in his first 1.5-mile start. No one really had an answer for Gray throughout the race.

Earlier this year at Kansas, Gray let the race slip away from him. That was not the case this time around as he led a ton of laps and brought it home, even on a weak left rear tire. Gray has another start tonight as he suits up for the Truck Series race in about an hour from now.

Tanner Gray wins at Kansas, 2025 ARCA schedule released

Earlier today, the 2025 ARCA Menards Series schedule was released. It was a big day for ARCA as they also announced Menards signed an extension as the title sponsor of the series. It appears that the development series is in good hands.

Tanner Gray was able to get the win at Kansas, which leaves only one more race on the schedule for a full-time driver to get a win. These part-timers have been beating up on the drivers locked into the entire season.

It was surprising to not see a challenge from Day or Zilisch until late. Even then it wasn’t that serious of a challenge. Gray was comfortable out front and without pressure on his bumper or fenders, he was free to race in clean air and away from the field.

Toldeo will once again be the season finale for the ARCA Menards Series. Andres Perez is hoping he has a better race than he did tonight or he might be in danger of losing the championship points battle.
