Report: Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce 'want to look at real estate' in Kansas City

As the Kansas City Chiefs get ready for another Super Bowl appearance, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are once again getting ready for the big spotlight. After the season, though, they could also be gearing up for a major step in their relationship.

The couple “wants to look at real estate” in the Kansas City area, according to a report from Us Weekly. Swift is still “recouping” from the end of her long-running Eras Tour, but has reportedly started thinking about the next step in her relationship with Kelce.

A source told Us Weekly Swift and Kelce have “talked about exploring buying a home together” as they enter their second year together. She currently spends plenty of time in New York, in addition to her home in Rhode Island, while Kelce resides in Kansas City full-time while suiting up for the Chiefs.

Swift was once again in attendance for last week’s AFC Championship, which saw the Chiefs hold on for a thrilling victory over the Buffalo Bills. Unlike last year when Kansas City clinched on the road, it did so at home, which meant Swift got to see a full celebration unfold.

“Oh my God, this is so insane,” Swift told Kelce, via Inside The NFL. “Look at this. Look at this. This is not a real-life situation.”

Since Swift started dating Kelce in Summer 2023, the NFL has seen a ratings boost as a new audience started tuning in to games. She’s a staple at Arrowhead Stadium in Kelce’s suite, alongside his family and some friends – including Indiana Fever star and lifelong Chiefs fan Caitlin Clark, who attended a playoff game.

Kelce previously spoke about his high-profile relationship with Swift. He said the two are very happy, and he enjoys seeing her in the suite during games.

“I’m enjoying all aspects of life,” Kelce said on The Stephen A. Smith Show. “That’s for damn sure, man. Me and Taylor are happy and I couldn’t be happier to have that confidence and that comfort off the field, and all the support I could ever ask for in the stadium, man.”

Kelce and the Chiefs are looking to secure their third consecutive Super Bowl victory – something no team has ever done. But questions continue to swirl around Kelce’s future in the NFL amid rumors of retirement. However, he said Swift wants him to keep playing and she enjoys her trips to Arrowhead to watch him.

“She’s fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game,” Kelce said. “She loves coming to Arrowhead [Stadium] and coming to the games and cheering for me, so I got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams.”
