The NFLPA released the latest sales numbers for officially licensed merchandise, including player jerseys, this week, revealing the Dallas Cowboys have three of the top 10 jersey sales for the last quarter.

Apparently, Dallas fans have been getting ready for the season early because, during the stretch between free agency and the post-mini-camp break, they purchased a ton of gear for three specific players.

Star edge rusher Micah Parsons came in fourth in sales among all players, trailing quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers and Joe Burrow. Travis Kelce gave the Chiefs two players in the top five in merch sales while Eagles QB Jalen Hurts just edged out Cowboys QB Dak Prescott. Parsons was just one of two defenders in the top 20.

Former first-round pick CeeDee Lamb also came in the top 10 at No. 9 overall, one spot ahead of Steelers defensive end T.J. Watt.

Surprisingly, despite the Cowboys releasing him in mid-March, former Dallas running back Ezekiel Elliott came in at No. 25. Although he is no longer on the roster, the 2016 first-round pick still has merchandise for sale on the team’s Pro Shop. His jersey and other gear are currently 40% off.

Cornerback Trevon Diggs came in as the 33rd highest-seller in gear and merchandise.

Here’s a look at the top 20 from the last quarter.

Parsons likely to debut in NFL Top 100

The NFL has revealed every player so far from 11 through 100 on the annual NFL Top 100 list and Dallas Cowboys star Micah Parsons is not among them. It means, likely, for the very first time, the former Penn State standout will be amongst the top-10 ranked players in the entire league when the reveal ends this week.

Perhaps even more meaningful than a high Madden rating, the NFL top 100 list is voted on by the players. Myles Garrett, who received a 98 Madden rating to Parsons’ 97, was the No. 20 player on this year’s list. Defensive Player of the Year Nick Bosa is also likely in the top 10 since he hasn’t appeared yet.

Parsons earned AP Defensive Rookie of the Year after he racked up 13 sacks and 20 tackles in 2021. That performance earned him the No. 16 spot on the list going into last season. He topped his rookie number with 13.5 sacks, only further establishing himself as one of the league’s best.

Other Cowboys in the top 100 are DeMarcus Lawrence (99), Zack Martin (68), Trevon Diggs (60, Dak Prescott (56), Tony Pollard (55), and CeeDee Lamb (34).
