Tiger Woods confirms relationship with Vanessa Trump in surprising reveal

The rumors were, in fact, true. Tiger Woods revealed Sunday that he is in a relationship with Vanessa Trump, ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr.
People originally reported that Woods and Trump had been “quietly dating” for several months. Woods confirmed the rumors in a social media post, sharing photos of him and Trump together.
“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together,” Woods wrote on X. “At this time we would appreciate privacy to all those close to our hearts.”
Vanessa and Donald Jr. were married for 12 years, before she filed for divorce in 2018. Vanessa Trump and her daughter Kai Trump were seen at a TGL match last month, the simulation golf league founded by Woods and Rory McIlroy. Kai Trump has committed to play golf at Miami.
Woods was previously married to Elin Nordegren. Woods and Nordegren have two kids together, daughter Sam and son Charlie. The two divorced in August 2010. Woods has been in past relationships with Olympic gold medalist skier Lindsey Vonn and Erica Herman.

Tiger Woods recovering from major injury
Woods recently announced he ruptured his Achilles during his ramp up in training. The 15-time major champion was gearing up for, likely, a limited 2025 schedule that would include major tournaments.
“As I began to ramp up my own training and practice at home, I felt a sharp pain in my left Achilles, which was deemed to be ruptured,” Woods said in a statement earlier this month. “This morning, Dr. Charlton Stucken of Hospital for Special Surgery in West Palm Beach, Florida performed a minimally-invasive Achilles tendon repair for a ruptured tendon.”
Woods has dealt with numerous injuries throughout his career but has been able to recover and return to form, usually. But since 2021, when Woods was hospitalized after a single car collision where he suffered compound fractures in each leg, age and injuries have seriously caught up.
Woods competed in just five events in 2024 for a total of 11 rounds. He withdrew from the second round of the Genesis Invitational after suffering from flu-like symptoms. Woods made the cut and finished 60th at the Masters, and then missed the cut in the PGA Championship, U.S. Open and Open Championship.
