Tracy Morgan was spotted leaving the New York Knicks vs. Miami Heat game in a wheelchair after he was seen throwing up. It’s not clear what caused the actor/comedian to become ill. The game was delayed due to the incident.

Morgan has had his share of health issues over the years. Per Yahoo Sports, the 56-year-old underwent a kidney transplant in 2010. He was also in a coma for two weeks after being in a car crash in 2014.

Morgan is a die-hard Knicks fan and regularly attends games at Madison Square Garden. “If they’re not there, they’re there in spirit,” Morgan said in a 2023 interview with the New York Post. “Trust me, they’re somewhere watching the game, man. When I’m not at the game, I got Knick Night in my house.”

Tracy Morgan went on to say he always sits courtside when attending a Knicks game. “I just switch it up. Sometimes I bring my daughter, sometimes I bring my cousin, sometimes I bring my friends,” he said. “When you’re sitting in a celebrity row, you’re looking at the game from a different perspective. You hear communication, you see the sweat, you’re in the game.”

More on Tracy Morgan and the Knicks

As a Knicks fan, Morgan has experienced his share of heartbreak as the team has not won an NBA championship since the 1973 season. However, the 2024-25 season has been a good one for Knicks fans with the team having a 43-24 record as of Monday night.

This year’s Knicks team is led by Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns. Brunson is averaging 26.3 points and 7.4 assists per game, and Towns is averaging 24.3 points and 13.1 rebounds per contest. The Knicks are looking to play in their first NBA Finals since the 1998-99 season.

If Morgan is not at a Knicks game, he’s likely busy working on a film or television show. Earlier this month, The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Morgan is reuniting with Tina Fey to work on a single-camera comedy pilot for NBC. Tracy Morgan will star in the show and play a former football player on a mission to rehabilitate his image. Morgan and Fey previously worked together on the NBC shows Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock.
