Hunter left the game early in the fourth quarter of Colorado’s 52-0 victory. But before that, the junior caught 10 passes for 116 yards and three touchdowns. He also caught an interception on defense and broke up a pair of passes.

The Heisman Trophy won’t be presented until Dec. 14, but Travis Hunter appears to have the award locked up.

The updated Heisman Trophy odds are out from FanDuel and Hunter is a huge favorite. He is currently at -10000 after the Colorado win over Oklahoma State. Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty, who has been the other main contender throughout the year, is at +3000.

Here are the full odds from FanDuel:

Travis Hunter (Colorado): -10000
Ashton Jeanty (Boise State): +3000
Cam Ward (Miami): +20000
Dillon Gabriel (Oregon): +25000

As Hunter was making his final case for the Heisman Trophy, Jeanty was doing the same. The Boise State running back had a huge game, too, putting up 226 yards and a touchdown on 37 carries on Friday against Oregon State.

Jeanty has now rushed for 120-plus yards in every game this season and has topped the 200-yard mark five times. After another impressive outing on Friday, he is up to 2,288 rushing yards and 28 rushing touchdowns this year.

As for Hunter, he has 92 receptions for 1,152 yards and 14 receiving touchdowns. He also has four interceptions. It appears that he will have a Heisman Trophy soon, too.

ABC spoke with Travis Hunter after the game about his special performance.

“I was just happy to be out here, man, my last game at Folsom Field. The crowd came out to watch us and we put on a show for them, so I was happy to be here,” Hunter said. “It was me just playing football, man. They say I can’t do it, I’m not a tall receiver. So I had to show them.”
