Tempers are flaring at training camp for the Kansas City Chiefs, and one of the players involved is none other than Travis Kelce.

The star tight end was involved in an altercation on Saturday afternoon, where he was seen throwing a punch after a touchdown catch. Check out the video below, as it’s more than evident something set Kelce off.

The teammate in questions seems to be linebacker Jack Cochrane, a second-year player out of South Dakota. He attempted to punch the ball out after Kelce’s catch, and it’s evident the tight end wasn’t too appreciative of it.

After the punch, Kelce also delivered a seismic push to Cochrane’s chest as well, before other teammates got involved to cool things down.

With the summer heat combining with bodies banging against each other, it’s easy to see why training camp is a hot bed for some altercations like the one above. Still, Travis Kelce is arguably the second-most untouchable player on the Chiefs, so perhaps Jack Cochrane will be a little more careful around him for the rest of the summer.

Travis Kelce shares hilarious failed interaction with Taylor Swift

Perhaps Kelce’s frustration stems from a failed interaction with Taylor Swift that he elaborated on during his podcast earlier this week.

Kelce told his big brother, Jason, all about how he struck out when it came to meeting Taylor Swift. She’s nearing the finish of the domestic section of her smash The Eras stadium tour. Her domestic tour started back in March. She’ll close that in early August with six straight nights at SoFi Stadium, the home of both the Rams and Chargers. Then it’s off to Mexico, countries in South America and Europe, Japan and Singapore.

So see, if you’re Swift, there’s not much time to meet anyone, even if it’s Travis Kelce and you’re performing in his home (Arrowhead Stadium). Swift’s people told Kelce’s folks no way.

“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings,” Kelce said on his New Heights podcast. “So I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”

“She doesn’t meet anybody — or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal, but it was an unbelievable show.”

That would hurt any man, even Kelce. Maybe his teammates should give him a little space for the next couple of weeks.
