Moreover, Diggs was out for this past Sunday’s game against the Panthers, and he did not travel with the Cowboys to Charlotte. He was limited in Wednesday and Thursday’s practice ahead of Week 15, but he did not practice Friday and was questionable on the injury report heading into the weekend.

That perhaps indicated he’d be able to go against the Panthers. However, that evidently wasn’t the case for the defender.

Previously, Diggs missed two games with his knee injury – against the Commanders and Giants – before making his return against Cincinnati. He had five tackles and three passes defended as the Cowboys fell in the final minutes.

Time will tell how Trevon Diggs is able to recover from his latest ailment, but the Cowboys will be missing him throughout the remainder of the 2024 campaign.
