Diggs, Parsons make second Pro Bowl appearances
Trevon Diggs and Micah Parsons both earned the second Pro Bowl bids of their career this year. They helped the Dallas Cowboys defense rank No. 1 in takeaways in 2022.
Diggs is eligible for an extension on his rookie contract this offseason. Although he led the league in interceptions in 2021, he had just three in 2022, along with a career-high 59 tackles. He signed a four-year deal worth $6.3 million after coming out of Alabama as one of the top defensive back prospects in his draft class.
Parsons is just two years into his rookie deal. He signed for $17 million but he has a much bigger payday coming if he keeps up his production in the pass rush.
