UL Monroe at Auburn odds: Early point spread released, How to Watch

With its bye week in the rearview mirror, Auburn will get the final stretch of the season underway when UL Monroe comes to town in Week 12. Ahead of the matchup, the odds and early point spread have been released.
The Tigers opened as 27.5-point favorites over the Warhawks, according to FanDuel. The over-under also opened at 44.5.
Auburn went into the bye week with five losses in its last six games, with the lone victory coming over Kentucky at Kroger Field. That’s also the Tigers’ only win in SEC play with just two conference games remaining in the season.
UL-Monroe presents a break from league action, though. The WarHawks struggled mightily in Week 10 against Texas State, falling 38-17 to drop to 5-4 overall on the season. The game against Auburn will mark the first time the two teams have played since 2017, and the Tigers have never lost in the previous 11 meetings.
UL Monroe and Auburn will square off Saturday at 12:45 p.m. ET. Here’s how to watch the Week 12 matchup at Jordan-Hare.

Auburn will look to continue its quest for bowl eligibility, taking a 3-6 record into Week 12. The Tigers’ struggles have been mostly on offense, averaging just 25.3 points per game – the third-lowest in the SEC.
Fans have been vocal with their frustration this season, and the boos rang out after the Week 10 loss to Vanderbilt. Hugh Freeze addressed the reaction from the fan base, pointing out Auburn isn’t just having problems on offense.
“I didn’t hear any. I don’t hear that,” Freeze said. “We’re just not consistent enough, obviously in critical downs offensively. I think our defense is playing really at a high level.
“Offensively, when we’re not able to create explosive runs, it seems that we really struggle to protect the passer and to throw and catch some. But you know, we’re not playing very well in special teams, so that’s a bad combination.”
