The stage is set for an exciting Big Ten clash in Week 13, with the Wisconsin Badgers traveling to Lincoln to take on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Ahead of the showdown, FanDuel Sportsbook has released the early point spread for the showdown, and Wisconsin is favored by 1.5 points at the moment. Additionally, the over/under has been set at 43.5 points for the conference battle.
Moreover, Wisconsin and Nebraska first faced-off back in 1901, a showdown where the Badgers would shut-out the Cornhuskers by a score of 18-0. The teams wouldn’t meet again until 1965, when Nebraska got some revenge to the tune of a 37-0 win.
All in all, Wisconsin and Nebraska have played 17 times, but the Badgers’ certainly have the better record. They’re 13-4 against the Cornhuskers, including a current streak of ten wins over their Big Ten rival, which they’re looking to add to in Week 13.
It took overtime in 2023, but Wisconsin did just enough to defeat Nebraska by a touchdown. Quarterback Tanner Mordecai passed for 165 yards and a touchdown, while Nebraska’s Chubba Purdy threw for 169 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

The matchup may not jump off the page for its glitz and glamour, like some other Week 13 games, but Wisconsin at Nebraska has a boatload of storylines going for it. Time will tell who gets the win, but the energy should be through the roof next weekend.
