The SEC and Ivy League champions will meet on Friday in Spokane when No. 4 Auburn and No. 13 Yale meet in the NCAA Tournament. They’ll play in the East Region with the winner looking to move on to the Round of 32 against either No. 5 San Diego State or No. 12 UAB.

The Tigers (27-7) enter March Madness after having won the SEC Tournament in Nashville. The field opened up for them with the top three seeds ahead of them all going out in the quarterfinal. That left them to handle business in Music City as they won their three games by an average of 19 points to win the tournament.

As for the Bulldogs (22-9), they earned their automatic bid in dramatic fashion in their conference tournament. After a win over Cornell in the semis, they found themselves in a late battle with Brown. That was before a wide-open floater off an assist went down for Matt Knowling to send them dancing.

Here’s how Vegas and predictions are seeing this matchup ahead of tomorrow’s tip-off.

Odds for Yale vs. Auburn

Vegas is currently favoring Auburn by right around a dozen points with a spread of -12.5 (-110) at FanDuel. That has Yale as a 12.5-point underdog (-110) with a moneyline of +590.

The total for the contest is presently at 140.5 with both the over and the under at -110 odds. That’s suggesting a game somewhere in 60s to 70s after Auburn averaged 144.3 in the SEC Tournament and Yale averaged 124.5 in their two games in the Ivy League’s bracket.
