After a hectic month of June and first two weeks of July that have featured hundreds of commitments, the Rivals Industry Team Recruiting Rankings have updated. The newest rankings also include the initial Rivals300 prospect rankings, which were released on Monday morning. A number of programs saw big movement for their commits, which has in turn upended the team rankings as well.

After the update, Georgia has taken over the country’s No. 1 class from USC, which held it for the past few months. And there’s been no shortage of movement behind them either.

The Rivals Industry Team Recruiting Ranking is the most advanced, complete and unbiased ranking measurement in the industry, yet its simplicity makes it easy for fans to follow and understand. It utilizes all three major recruiting media companies: Rivals, 247Sports, and ESPN. This ranking also solves the problem of varying class sizes during the recruiting cycle. It compiles the highest-rated commits for each team up to a total based on a rolling average of current total commitments among Power 5 schools.

Below are the top 25 classes in the nation, as of July 14:

1. Georgia — 93.209

29 total commits
2 five-star | 20 four-stars | 7 three-stars
Top Commit: Five-Star Plus+ QB Jared Curtis, No. 4 NATL. (No. 1 QB)

The Bulldogs were hot in the month of May, adding Curtis and a number of other key playmakers. But they really made hay in June and so far in July, adding more than 20 commitments during that span. Five-star tight end Kaiden Prothro is the latest to join the fold.

2. USC — 93.207

31 total commits
2 five-stars | 19 four-stars | 10 three-stars
Top Commit: 5-star TE Mark Bowman, No. 12 NATL. (No. 1 TE)

Lincoln Riley and the Trojans have just about filled out their entire 2026 class already, grabbing 31 commitments before the halfway point in July. Bowman and fellow five-star Keenyi Pepe lead the way, and they’re flanked by a host of other top-100 prospects in Elbert Hill, Luke Wafle, Boobie Feaster, Jaimeon Winfield, Simote Katoanga, Talanoa Ili and Brandon Lockhart. They trail the Bulldogs by just to-thousandths of a point, and will have chances to reclaim their crown as the cycle goes on.

3. Notre Dame — 92.527

26 total commits
1 five-star | 13 four-stars | 2 three-stars
Top Commit: 5-star EDGE Rodney Dunham, No. 13 NATL. (No. 2 EDGE)

While Notre Dame did plenty of early work on the trail this cycle, Marcus Freeman and the Irish have continued to land top targets this spring and summer. April brought their highest-ranked commitment in Dunham, and borderline five-stars Joey O’Brien and Khary Adams joined the fold last month. The Irish also have one of the nation’s deepest classes, with 16 players ranked in the top-300.

4. Texas A&M — 92.381

24 total commits
1 five-star | 18 four-stars | 5 three-stars
Top Commit: 5-star CB Brandon Arrington, No. 10 NATL. (No. 1 CB)

Mike Elko and the A&M staff have gone all over the country for their recruiting wins this cycle, including pulling Arrington out of California and away from both USC and Oregon. The Aggies also have two of the best players in talent-rich Georgia, as four-stars Bryce Perry-Wright and Tristian Givens headline one of the best defensive classes in the country.

5. Alabama — 92.091

19 total commits
4 five-stars | 9 four-stars | 6 three-stars
Top Commit: 5-star CB Jorden Edmonds, No. 22 NATL. (No. 2 CB)

A lot of teams have had success on the trail this summer — but nobody has landed elite prospects at quite the clip we’ve seen from Kalen DeBoer and his staff. In total, the Tide have four five-stars, the most of any program nationally. And they’ve done all of this with only five of their commitments coming from their home state. The two headliners of the group, Jireh Edwards and Xavier Griffin, hail from Maryland and Georgia, respectively.

6. Oregon — 91.783

14 total commits
3 five-star | 9 four-stars | 2 four-stars
Top Commit: 5-star OT Immanuel Iheanacho, No. 6 NATL. (No. 2 OT)

Dan Lanning and the Ducks have suffered through some tough losses on the trail this cycle, but they still sit just outside the top-5 despite only have 14 commitments right now. Iheanacho was a massive win over Penn State, LSU and others, and his commitment followed another big addition in June — five-star safety Jett Washington.

7. LSU — 91.749

16 total commits
2 five-stars | 10 four-stars | 4 three-stars
Top Commit: 5-star ATH Lamar Brown, No. 2 NATL. (No. 1 ATH)

July has been very kind to the Tigers, as Brian Kelly and Co. have landed two of their top three commitments in the past two weeks. Brown, who projects as a DL at the next level, is a Five-Star Plus+ prospect and one of the nation’s premier talents. He is joined in the class by five-star wideout Tristen Keys, elite EDGE Trenton Henderson, and top-50 defensive lineman Richard Anderson, among others.

8. Ohio State — 91.696

21 total commits
1 five-star | 13 four-stars | 7 three-stars
Top Commit: 5-star WR Chris Henry Jr., No. 19 NATL. (No. 2 WR)

The Buckeyes haven’t landed quite the level of elite prospects we’re used to seeing yet in this class, and they’re still just a few tenths of a point outside another top-5 class. Henry is the lone five-star in the group, but four-stars Blaine Bradford and Cincere Johnson are top-75 prospects nationally. Offensive tackle Sam Greer could be in line for a huge rankings jump in the coming months, as Rivals currently pegs him as the country’s No. 14 overall prospect. If other services catch up with that, he could challenge for five-star status.

9. Michigan — 90.905

21 total commits
1 five-star | 11 four-stars | 9 three-stars
Top Commit: 5-star EDGE Carter Meadows, No. 30 NATL. (No. 5 EDGE)

Michigan came into the summer recruiting months in a bit of a lull, but that’s no longer the case as they look to be legitimate threats for another top-10 finish. Meadows, who pledged to the Maize and Blue on June 29, has been a huge rankings riser in the offseason. And now he checks in as the Wolverines’ lone five-star. But he’s joined by eight other players who rank among the top-200 nationally.

10. Clemson — 90.661

21 total commits
0 five-stars | 13 four-stars | 8 three-stars
Top Commit: 4-star WR Naeem Burroughs, No. 71 NATL. (No. 7 WR)

Clemson got scorching hot in March, adding eight commitments. Since then, they’ve cooled off a bit but still hold the country’s No. 10 class. It’s a group that doesn’t currently feature a five-star commitment, but the Tigers are deep from top to bottom. Burroughs is a player who could challenge for five-star status by the time things are said and done. And the offensive and defensive line groups again look to be one of the country’s best.
