Luke Wilson didn't see any reason to wait. He knew where he wanted to be. So just eight weeks after he earned the offer from Oklahoma at the Sooners' elite camp, Wilson made his move. The Southlake (Texas) Carroll offensive tackle verbally pledged to the Sooners on Thursday, becoming OU's first standing commit of the 2027 cycle. Oklahoma had previously held a pledge from four-star DE Zane Rowe, but he decommitted in January.
