Rivals300 cornerback Donte Wright commits to Georgia

Georgia has added its first defensive prospect to the 2027 class.

Four-star cornerback Donte Wright has committed to Georgia. The California native chose the Bulldogs over offers from Oregon, Texas A&M and USC.

Wright is Georgia’s second 2027 commit, joining receiver Gavin Honore.

He is also the Bulldogs’ second commit of the day after Georgia beat out South Carolina for PJ Dean a few hours earlier.

The Dawgs are on quite a run as Wright is also the Bulldogs’ ninth commit in the last nine days.
