What about the University of Pittsburgh did you love the most?

I loved the coaching staff and how beautiful the campus was.

What is your favorite travel ball memory?

I wouldn’t say I have a “favorite” memory with my travel ball team. I love to go out on the field and compete knowing they have my back every game and creating memories together every day.

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned from a coach?

The most important thing I’ve learned was during my recruiting process. At first I was nervous that no one would want me but I was told to not to stress and play every game like it’s my last and God will handle the rest.

How did you get interested in softball?

My family is an athletic family so I started playing at a young age and just fell in love.

What are your strengths as a player? What are you trying to improve on the most?

My strengths as a player is always being a leader, no matter the outcome of my performance. However, I need to work on taking a breath and relaxing during my at bats because I get over anxious to hit and swing at bad pitches.

What player(s) do you look up to the most?

Tiara Jennings and Grace Lyons.

What are your favorite hobbies outside of softball?

Basketball.

What excites you the most about playing college softball?

I am just ready to be out on the field living my dream as a Power Five athlete.
