Penn State made the postseason for the first time since 2011. Clarisa Crowell and the company are trying to make NCAA Tournament appearances the standard for the Nittany Lions program. The head coach firmly believes in their player development and it helps to build around an ace like Bridget Nemeth. "We do well in developing our players," she said. "You'll see new faces who are consistently in the lineup. We have returners and transfers that will see time. Our program learned things last year that we are carrying over this year. We still have a large portion of the team coming back that was a part of the special year."
